Objectives of the research were not only to assess customer satisfaction but also to identify emerging customer needs and industry trends.
The research report resulted in the client’s deeper understanding of customer needs and perceptions of the client’s capabilities. It also uncovered a hidden champion at one automotive company for one of the client’s product innovations, subsequently leading to a multi-million-dollar order for the new product.
