Burgess Strategic Marketing Services offers a free, initial consultation for each prospective client. This meeting — either remote or in person — provides the opportunity to define your needs, your goals and your expectations. It also lets us determine whether we are a “good fit” for each other so that you can feel confident that our working relationship will achieve your objectives.

Each project for each client is unique. After we have agreed mutually on the scope, deadlines and deliverables for your project, Burgess Strategic Marketing Services will prepare a letter of proposal describing the project and its budget for your signature.

If you already have prepared a request for proposal (RFP), then Burgess Strategic Marketing Services will follow your format in presenting the response to your RFP.

You can feel assured that Burgess Strategic Marketing Services will stick within the agreed-upon budget unless you change the scope, deadline or deliverables for your project after it is already underway. We will seek your approval in advance for any budget adjustments.
